My focus is residential real estate, I live it and I love it.
I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1989 and proudly part of Lake & Company Real Estate since 1995. I have trained and educated myself to give my clients the best representation possible. My other real estate experience includes appraisers school, property management, home ownership, landlord and over four years in the field of home financing. I am a homeowner, an owner of rental property and someone who has rehabilitated many historic Seattle homes. I consider houses as one of my hobbies and real estate sales as my full time career.
